Enter the Third Series (Advanced A) of Ashtanga Yoga
Several years ago when I was learning the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga, I thought I was too old to ever reach the Third Series. But, with devotion to the method and consistent practice I have started Third Series. What seemed unattainable, now is doable. That’s the beauty of a yoga practice. Just showing up on the mat on a regular basis bring a noticeable transformation. What seems impossible becomes possible.
Benefits of Vasisthasana include strentghening the arms, wrists, shoulders, core, and legs. All while improving balance, posture, flexibility, and coordination.
