As a registered yoga teacher I have gone through certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. I am registered with Yoga Alliance and complete Continuing Education Credits yearly. In my yoga classes I provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body.
With a variety of yoga posture sequences to match your goals
Not all yoga classes are the same, which is why I’ve created these sequences of yoga asanas (postures). I offer sequences based on asana focus (such as arm balances, back bends, openers), themes (calming, anxiety, energize), and anatomical focus. I have the options you need to improve your physical, mental, and emotional health.
Like the lotus’ ability to emerge from muddy waters and bloom into pristine beauty, so too is our ability to rise above during challenging circumstances. The transformation in our bodies also slowly happens.
